This week just passed we had the privilege of being able to showcase all our great product offerings and concepts at the Catex expo in the RDS dublin. We had everything on show from gelato making, henny penny fryers, turbochef ovens, our own combi cooking ovens powered by rational, energy saving dish washing solutions by wexiodisk and Carpigiani ice cream machine.

It was also a great opportunity for us to showcase our in house design team, who developed the concept of the stand to resemble a pop-up shop maximising the space available.
