With a rich history spanning 33 years, we’ve fostered robust relationships with suppliers and served over 6000 customers throughout the island of Ireland. From expansive projects to more intimate endeavors, we cater to both hot and cold markets, specializing notably in the ice cream sector. We proudly offer Ireland’s beloved Angelito ice cream and have developed our own line of toppings and syrups under the brand Blizz. Martin Food Equipment offers a range of consumables for commercial kitchens and foodservice establishments.

Over the last few years, the company has begun working on a line of own brand solutions – namely Blizz toppings and sauces – which have become icons within the Irish ice cream industry, paired perfectly with Angelito ice cream.

Other than ice cream you can find food safety essentials such as disposable products, packaging solutions and commercial cleaning supplies.

Split between three distinct areas; training, design and engineering, you will be able to rely on us to go beyond product, instead Martin Food Equipment is your partner, focused on the long-term success of your business.

First, running a busy shop or restaurant you need to be able to rely on someone to save the day if things go wrong. Luckily Martin Food Equipment employs a team of strategically placed engineers who are available nationwide, including phone support from our Dundalk base for on-the-spot solutions.

Next, through our marketing and development teams you can avail of our training services, providing new menu ideas, help with visual merchandising and key training regarding maximising your profit margins. Visit the culinary suite to avail of equipment training, or our team can visit your site for interactive staff training.

Finally, there is the design team. With their assistance, whether you are working on a new build or a refit, you can dodge any pitfalls and proactively troubleshoot your new space. By using accurate business floor layouts and optimising your space it becomes easy to avoid future costly issues.

During 2022, Martin Food Equipment partnered with Cross Refrigeration, to become part of the wider Cross family. This development not only came with a vast amount of industry knowledge, but also the oppurtunity to develop our offer to include rental and service contracts.  Now more than ever, it is important to be flexible and able to offer our customers different solutions to suit different kinds of business models.
