Oven Guard is specially formulated to protect and preserve the internal surfaces of Rapid Cook Ovens (RCOs). It is not an oven cleaner. Oven Guard forms a barrier between the oven walls and the cooking by-products, reducing staining and carbonising.

Carbon is an excellent insulator, which means that carbonised ovens are less efficient than clean ovens. With ever-increasing energy costs, it makes sense to keep your Rapid Cook Oven at full efficiency. Oven Guard reduces carbon buildup and maintains heat transfer between the oven and the food items being cooked. The result is better cooking performance and less wasted energy. Oven Guard should be used daily to maintain optimum protection.

Directions

Spray Oven Guard onto a small sponge and apply a thin even layer of product onto every internal oven surface. Do NOT spray Oven Guard into any holes, vents or onto any exposed heating elements. Replace the cooking platform and switch on the oven as normal. Allow the oven to reach normal cooking temperature so that the coating can fully cure.

Health and Safety

Keep out of sight and reach of children. Wear gloves and eye protection. IF IN EYES: Rinse continuously with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses if present and easy to do.
