This exclusive Hard-O-Tronic system ensures the production of excellent gelato every time. The LCD screen provides constant visibility of programmed consistency values and gelato within the batch freezer. With easy-to-use arrow controls, you can effortlessly adjust settings to achieve your desired gelato texture.

Featuring a POM Beater with no central shaft, our freezer ensures complete gelato extraction with each batch. The POM blades, resistant to cold, facilitate efficient extraction while self-adjusting scraper blades maintain cylinder cleanliness.

Maintain the perfect gelato consistency with our innovative Post Cooling function. This feature injects cold into the gelato during extraction, preserving its texture and quality as it exits the cylinder.
