Thanks to the state-of-the-art Hard-O-Tronic electronic control system, achieving your desired consistency is now a swift and straightforward process. This versatile system accommodates both pump-fed and gravity-fed operations, allowing for overrun adjustment even with a full hopper. The gravity and pump versions boast an ample 13-litre hopper capacity each. Opt for the gravity feed system for up to 40% overrun, creating compact and dense gelato. Alternatively, choose the pump version to enjoy a creamier gelato with up to 80% overrun.
Enhanced with the Star Door, designed specifically for compatibility with single-portion kit nozzles and new customizable options, this machine allows you to personalize the style and shape of your soft gelato. Operating on air-cooling (with water cooling as an optional feature), it ensures optimal performance.

Scheduled Start
Set the production, pasteurization, and storage programs to automatically run as convenient time for you, such as overnight, to be fully operational the next day.
Air Cooled Machine
