Description

Thanks to the Hot-Cold-Dynamic Adaptive technology, the machine automatically recognizes the quantity and type of mixture. It dynamically modulates the cold and hot gas, optimizing the heat exchange during freezing and preventing burns during the processing cycle. This machine offers 44 complete gelato and pastry processes, allowing you to create a wide variety of excellent specialities. Featuring High-Efficiency technology, the Maestro HE maximizes the performance of the Gelato batch freezing cycle, offering up to 30% savings in electricity and water consumption compared to the RTX line and previous batch freezers.

A beater without a central shaft and with POM blades ensures total extraction of the gelato.

Self-regulating scraper blades constantly clean the cylinder, maximizing yield.

Post-cooling feature activates cold temperatures during extraction to maintain gelato consistency.

LCD display guides the operator by showing the ingredients to be added during production, facilitating recipe execution.

The recipe book is supplied with the machine for added convenience.
