The Carpigiani Labo 30 45 XPL features six adaptable batch freezing programs, it caters to a wide range of Artisan Gelato and frozen dessert requirements. The exclusive Hard-O-Tronic system ensures precise control over the consistency of your handcrafted gelato. Throughout the process, the machine displays set consistency values, allowing for real-time adjustments to achieve the perfect texture.

In addition, its unique ‘Crystal program’ is perfect for crafting Artisan Gelato mono portions in diverse shapes using moulds, as well as creating takeaway frozen cakes and other gelato delicacies. This batch freezer is equipped with six variable freezing programs, each tailored to different production needs: Gelato, Sorbetto, Slush Fruit, Gelato Crystal, Fruit Crystal, and Ice Cream.

POM Beater: Featuring blades made of POM material, impervious to cold, our beater ensures complete gelato extraction every time. Its sturdy yet lightweight design includes self-adjusting scraper blades to maintain cylinder cleanliness and efficiency. Post-Cooling: Our innovative post-cooling function injects cold into the gelato during extraction, preserving its consistency and quality throughout the process.
