The Carpigiani Labo 20 30 XPL is equipped with six variable freezing programs, each tailored to different production needs: Gelato, Sorbetto, Slush Fruit, Gelato Crystal, Fruit Crystal, and Ice Cream. With a capacity ranging from a minimum of 3kg to a maximum of 5kg of liquid added per batch, this freezer is tailored to meet your production needs. Hard-O-Tronic: Our exclusive system ensures excellent gelato quality. The LCD screen continuously displays programmed consistency values, allowing for easy adjustments to achieve your desired gelato texture.

POM Beater: Featuring blades made of POM material, impervious to cold, our beater ensures complete gelato extraction every time. Its sturdy yet lightweight design includes self-adjusting scraper blades to maintain cylinder cleanliness and efficiency.

Post Cooling: Our innovative post-cooling function injects cold into the gelato during extraction, preserving its consistency and quality throughout the process.
