Description
In addition to crafting homemade ice cream mixes it’s invaluable for creating confectionery products. The blender effectively blends and emulsifies thick products, enabling the creation of a wide range of foods.
Featuring a stable, vertical structure with a motor support arm, the blender boasts a powerful variable-speed motor with vertical and oscillating movement. It includes two different emulsifiers, a cutter, and an optional steel bucket to meet various production needs.
The variable-speed motor of the Turbomix can be easily controlled via hand controls, allowing for comfortable operation. The blender’s versatility allows for vertical and 360º circular motions.
Included with the Turbomix are two cutters, along with an optional cutter for added flexibility in production.
- Cream Emulsifier: Quickly emulsifies dairy or oily ingredients, creating creamy mixtures or base mix.
- Fruit Emulsifier: Ideal for chopping and mixing fresh or frozen fruit puree into a base. It’s also suitable for blending sugars and powdered ingredients for water-based mixtures.
- Optional Cutter: This rotary blender efficiently cuts large pieces of fruit, such as whole pears and apples, transforming them into fine purees.
