Martin Food Equipment are delighted to be hosting a free Introduction To Gelato Workshop with Massimo Vassini at the Martin Food Equipment Innovation Centre. Massimo is an Italian gelato expert and will be presenting a simple hands-on introductory class to Italian Style Gelato. This workshop is perfect for anyone interested in adding gelato to their current offer. The hands-on class will give attendees an insight into how easy making gelato can be!
