The Carpigiani Ready enables you to easily and quickly add artisan style gelato to your business, with minimum space and skill. This innovative batch freezer can mix, heat and freeze all in one cylinder. Operators can either add a premade Angelito mix or use powder and milk/water to create gelato and fruit sorbets. The Ready instructs how much water to add and guides the operator throughout the process. You can now make fresh, delicious gelato right in front of your customers with ease.
