The Carpigiani Maestro ** HE is a versatile piece of equipment that is suitable for a large  variety of products that include gelato, chocolate, crepe mix, custard, sorbets, yogurt, pastry  cream and even your own toppings sauces. The machine is designed so that it can be used in  gelato shops, ice cream parlours, chocolate shops and pastry shops.
