Carpigiani 241 Self Pasteurising

The Carpigiani 241 is a single flavour, pump fed countertop machine. One of our most popular models, it can be used to produce both soft ice cream and frozen yogurt. This model has self-pasteurisation which means the machine can be cleaned and disassembled as little as 12 times per year. The modern stainless steel front panel adds a touch of class whilst also offering the owner the option of customisation.
