In conjunction with Carpigiani Gelato University and MEC3, we were delighted to conduct a series of both Introductory & Advanced Gelato & Ice cream cakes training sessions throughout 2016. These free training sessions were a fantastic opportunity for foodservice operators to learn how to increase profit and footfall to their business with beautiful italian style artisan gelato & ice cream cakes.
