Position:                    Telesales Executive

Department:            Ice Cream & Consumable Sales, Dundalk (office based)

Term:                      Permanent Position  – commencement a.s.a.p

Reporting To:           Jennifer Fannin

Duties & Responsibilities:

Carry out Telesales and customer support-related duties, including:

  • Working as a valued team member, to maintain and build upon sales, achieve customer satisfaction, secure business and help to develop company growth.
  • Contacting customers proactively ongoing to promote sales and repeat sales opportunities.
  • Strive toward achieving KPI goals, sales, profit margins and accounts debtors’ collections.
  • Actioning all administration with care and excellent attention to detail always.
  • Administration required including processing sales orders, delivery notes, invoicing, issuing credit notes, copying invoices/statements, uploading onto central billing EDI, etc, etc.
  • Uploading orders for dispatch onto various transport portals and tracking customers’ orders.
  • Following up on proof of delivery details for debt collection where necessary.
  • Ensuring unshipped and goods not invoiced reports are run daily and actioned in a timely manner.
  • Processing claims for damaged/missing deliveries
  • Reporting any faulty or unsatisfactory stock issues without delay, ensuring to uphold standards.
  • Being part of a great, hard-working team, who expects teamwork and respect mutual kindness.
  • Any other duties, within reason and capability, as determined by your manager.
